John Picciuto is the Founder of Heavy Lift Capital, bringing over a decade of experience as a manager and owner of multiple crane-related businesses. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a keen eye for industry trends, John has built a reputation for navigating the complexities of the crane market with unmatched expertise.
His extensive brokerage experience and deep industry knowledge position him as a trusted advisor in mergers and acquisitions within the crane industry. John’s strategic leadership and passion for innovation have been instrumental in Heavy Lift Capital’s creation, with the aim to drive growth and exceptional value to clients.

Al Bove is a distinguished executive with over 50 years of experience in regional, national, and international business. As the former CEO and President of the largest crane rental company in the U.S., as well as other top industry firms, he has proven ability in multi-million-dollar P&L management, contract negotiation, and multi-unit operations. He played a key role in developing the first nationwide crane rental company and successfully managed over forty depots with more than 2,000 employees. Additionally, he has experience in corporate turnarounds, including leading an international company to over $100 million in EBITDA. A board member of the National Crane Operator’s Certification Program and principal of James Creek Consulting Company LLC, Al brings strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills. His educational background includes studies at the University of Pittsburgh and the International Union of Operating Engineers.

Rich Rossi has over 35 years integral involvement in the crane, heavy lift and energy industries. He has an extensive background in crane company mergers and acquisitions and risk management policies, procedures and administration as Vice President of Administration for the world’s largest crane rental company, including accident investigation and analysis, litigation management, safety procedure implementation, equipment damage analysis and contract management.
